Michael Mekler is a full time loan originator. His office is located in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, a suburb in San Diego County. His passion for writing drives him to contribute to three blogs, San Diego Mortgage Reports, FHAExpert.net and MikeMekler.com.
He has been involved with Government, FHA USDA, and VA Loans since 2006 and is also well versed in Jumbo and conforming loans. He covers the entire San Diego County. He is also an active speaker for Community Housing Works, a non-profit organization geared to give first-time home buyers financial assistance for down payments, and is also a member of the board of directors for NAHREP Vista (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).
